Why cant I get a girl?

I consider myself to be a nice guy, but I'm not one of the jocks...even though the jocks are my friends...I usually hang out with the guys I personally consider my friends and don't hang out with the jocks just to look "cool" and hang out with them once in a while too...I don't smoke...but an occasional beer is good for me...I'm 16...I'm tall and I'm not fat...I have the got the reputation of "the good guy" or "good friend" and I don't get into trouble...if I sense a fight is about to start with me and another guy I just say "I was kidding man.Relax"...but I don't get good grades...I make a fool out of myself when I'm around the girl I like..like I make dumb-*** jokes and try to be the guy I personally am not...when I ask a girl out she just says "I'm sorry,but your just a really good friend" even when I barely know the chick..maybe its cause I'm an ugly duckling but I've seen guys like ringo starr marrying a bond girl...after that I believe anything is possible...but after the girl rejects they all give me a reuring smile whenever I walkby or anything and tell me personally that " ur a really nice guy and some girl would be lucky to have u" and other crap from the movies...I'm just tired of this! are looks really all that matter or do u have to be in the football/basketball team to date...this is just f*cked up..

All activities on places like Antarctica & north pole should be controlled ones , it should not be a tourist place, at least have places in the world where humans don't colonize , i will not want to see these places being colonized however opportunities they may have for us but somethings must be left alone

Is this being too impulsive (i'm pursuing a guy)?

i want to ask him if he wants to hang out over the summer. we don't know each other very well but we say hi and wave whenever we p each other in the halls and we had one cl together. we don't talk much, and i know he wanted to ask this girl who he's liked for quite a while to prom but she already had a date. should i ask him if he wants to hang out, or will that sort of freak him out? if i do and he agrees, should it just be the two of us or some other friends as well (i don't really have that many. that's why i consider him one of my closer friends)

Why can some people get away with using copyrighted material on YouTube?

Whenever I make fan videos comprised of clips from movies they get removed, but there are so many other videos on YouTube with the same content but they don't get removed. I just really want to know why some people's stuff gets removed and others don't. Are the people using the right kind of video editing programs or what? Cause I know of some vidders who use clips that are ripped straight from the dvds and their videos don't get nailed for copyright infringement. What gives? Someone please let me know if there is some secret I don't know about or are these people just lucky? Thanks.

Why are some employers only hiring people who collect unemployment?

I don't believe in collecting unemployment, but seven places I applied to work told me they are only hiring applicants who are currently collecting unemployment. What? So to get a job I first have to file for unemployment? Barrack Hussein Obama..MMMM MMMM MMM!!!

Robby Cano...and its not even close. The options at 2b are limited to begin with, and if youre in a league with smart people, guys like Brandon Phillips and Utley will be protected. That means if you dont protect Cano, hes the first or 2nd best 2b available. Hes gonna hit, hes gonna score. You can get comparable players for the other spots.

So when I was little there was this clown or a spider maybe that would terrorize me and my friends then my one?

friend had called me up and said that another friend of ours is dead and we all need to go back to the town we grew up in and fight the clown spider things ( we just it it ) and so were here to kill it but all kinds of weird things are going on like blood everywhere on the mirror and stuff.
