How do you heal a stab wound?

i was running down a hill in my yard and i tripped over a tree root and fell on a shattered beer bottle and i dont have health insurance and i picked out the gl lodged in my chest and wrapped it up ( this happened like an hour ago) with some med tape and disinfected the wounds but now i'm going light headed and the cuts sting and my arm is tingling
