Wedding officiant near Anaheim?

I'm getting married in the Anaheim area of California, which is a 7 hour drive from where I live. How can I find a good officiant? How much should I expect to pay for his/her services? I've been getting quoted $350+... please help me find one a little less expensive! ~thanks!
