Could TSA body scanners see through flesh underwear?

The scanners don't show our bones or anything else beneath our skin, so does that mean you can wear underwear made out of skin to shield stuff from being seen? And I'm aware that this wouldn't be effective anyway because the TSA scan dude would notice your *** had weird curves. I just want to know if flesh underwear blocks stuff from being seen.
