Fannie Mae closed at about 1.50$ a share. If the bailout bill gets pased wat is likely to hapen to the stock?

Depends on what you mean by drastically. It may get a temporary pop. But deal or no deal, the equity is probably wiped out and the stock will probably be canceled.
