What's the bump on the my puppy's belly?

My new puppy has a bump on her belly, in the spot where her umbilical cord was, I think. When I push on it, whatever is inside like...squishes out, but it's under her skin. It doesn't appear to hurt her though, so I don't think it's an abscess. Anyone might know what this is???
