Why am I having sharp pain in the lower adomen area of my body?

i have been through the same thing 3 times. it has to be pregnancy. when i found out i was pregnant with my 2nd baby i hurt like crazy to the point i was balling my eyes out. get a test girl and take it. other signs of pregnancy include: feeling tired and sleepy all the time, sore , lower abdominal pain, and frequent mood changes. if u want a baby goodluck. if u dont want a baby and u are pregnant please keep the baby. i hope i helped
