I'm confused on who to contact from the Texas state legislature?

So I'm planning to apply at NASA for the High School Aerospace Scholars internship but they ask for a letter to my state legislator. They ( https://aerospacescholars.jsc.nasa.gov/security/application/has/has_app_2011.cfm ) told me to go here http://www.fyi.legis.state.tx.us/Address.aspx?Address1=6800+Arapaho+Rd&City=Dallas&ZipCode=75248&DistrictType=ALL&Submit1=Submit so I did, but it gave me a long list of people. I'm not sure who to contact can someone help me?
