Anyone else had the AFP test?

I just got my results from the AFP tetra test. Whatever it is they test for Downs Syndrome came back elevated and I have to go for an ultrasound. (I refuse to do the amnio test.) Has anyone else have this happen and if so, what was the outcome? I love my baby no matter what but I'm so scared!! Any feedback?
