Could I be pregnant or just hormonal - Weird symptoms - Help!?

i got baby #2 on the pill.you can have light l bleeding when you get pregnant on the pill but it is not a real period because it's coming from outside the uterus.toooooo soon for a pregnancy test but blood work would show it.granted these symptoms could just be your body adjusting to the pill because you haven't been on it long but better safe than sorry get a blood test
