Futuristic Arizona mall?

In Gabriel Iglesias' comedy skits, he refers to a "Futuristic mall" in Phoenix, AZ. I live in Mesa, and I wanted to visit it. Does anyone know what mall he was talking about? Or, is it just something he made up/embellished for the joke?
