Is it normal afther 13 months acl surgery to swell in the back and front of the knee?

Like a say its been olmost 13 months sense my surgery I been taking my time to come back and play soccer actually I start playing 2 months ago , and last weekend did not warm to the game I just jump in felt strong in the field but afther the game my knee swell really bad , It did remind me when I had just my surgery really sweel and hurt in the back of my knee and I felt like my tendons where all stress out. I did ice it twice a day for 20 mins still swell but not that bad but it hurts a litle when a walk in the back of my knee you guys think these is normal Im going to give me 3 week of soccer to recover but should i see a doctor again ? or these is normal sweelling afther each game ?
