Can you please help remove the virus in my usb drive?

Whenever i connect my usb, my antivirus detected that it has a virus on F:\autorun.inf and it was infected by a VBS:malware-gen. i tried to delete it, or make another copy of the file, but none of them worked. please help me. I am trying to solve this problem in the internet and i think this is the best possible solution to go to. so please help me. thanks.
