What effects did Cyclone Tracy have on the Atmosphere, Biosphere and Hydrosphere?

What a strange question! The simple answer is "not much" - the atmosphere, biosphere and hydrosphere are big. TC "Tracy" was the most compact tropical cyclone on record with gale force winds only extending 48km from the centre. It was a category 4 system and killed 71 people, destroyed 70% of Darwin, made 40,000 people homeless and required the evacuation of 30,000. There was a bit of a storm surge with it but with the devastation from the winds, hardly anyone noticed it.
