Who sings the what I call "the woo woo song" but i believe it's actually called ooh wee?

I used to hear it up at college in Iowa all the time and it was on a soundtrach CD but i have no idea what movie and i think there's a line that says all my ladies in the club movin side to side and then also buy my girls drinks....does this sound familiar to anyone?
